Animator vs. Animation IV (original)

The struggle between a stick figure and its creator, a computer animator. In this fourth installment, the animator is finally shown in real life interacting with his computer monitor. The stick figure, resisting his tormentor, attacks his social life by hacking his Facebook account, traveling onto his iPhone via USB cord, and drawing animations of his own to dismantle the animation interface.

This was such a good story, and it was so heartwarming! I've watched a lot of your more recent animations, and wanted to know the backstory of the characters, so I'm glad I finally saw this!
I love the intro music, it’s so peaceful with the nice piano it makes me feel like I am in my own magical place. :)
I like how instead of immediately trying to destroy his entire computer like the last chosen did, first he just tries to get him cancelled on Facebook

Animation vs animator is one of the most nostalgic plus great animations we have on the internet. Alan becker is my favorite animator
7 years ago and I still love the way The Chosen One glitches in when The Second Coming tells Alan he’ll ‘end him.’

@j'OSEF de la ville yea also more recently we have purple and tall orange who we dont know where they came from. there is also the pokemon and mario charicters that are self aware so its likely that using a computer game in that universe is kinda a 50/50 on if you will be able to play properly or accidently unleash a psycotic ai on the internet
