  • Heโ€™s animating better 14 years ago than most of us can now

  • It was a master piece 14 years ago, and still is a masterpiece today.

  • This is still better than most content that gets uploaded to ILaward

  • This amazing work of art still surpasses many animations in 2022, very well done!

  • Honestly, after watching this again, I feel like TheSecondComing (Orange) is more closely related to Victim than The Chosen One. The Chosen One attacks mainly using his powers, unlike Victim who took advantage of the canvas, program interface, and the tools available to him. This is quite similar to how SecondComing attacks in AvA 4, as he takes advantage of the interface of programs to destroy Alan. SecondComing also uses the Adobe Animate canvas to create an army, similar to Victim cloning himself. Finally, both Victim and SecondComing also had reasonable cause for attack. Victim was spun around and almost crushed without proper reason, which would have killed him. He was simply fighting back to defend himself, and Alan would surely continued his torture if he hadn't. SecondComing had escaped the Animate canvas and made friends, who Alan killed. Now, this was a fear response, but having your friends killed in what you consider cold blood is a fairly reasonable cause to attack.

  • It's insane how good of an animator this guy is, even 14 years before he's still better than us, His work is truly amazing.

  • Even in 2020 Iโ€™m still impressed at how well made this is

  • Even in 2021 I'm amazed by how incredibly good this is.

  • Alanโ€™s animating skills have really stepped up like A LOT! Ur incredible!!!

  • Even in 2022 Iโ€™m still impressed at how well made this is

  • 14 years laterโ€ฆand this is still a masterpiece!

  • As someone who was learning and using Adobe Flash during the time of release, it made me appreciate this video even more with all of its reference.

  • The nostalgia is real. I canยดt believe that this is 14 years old now.

  • I was immediately transported back to a cold winter weekend in 2008 when my brother showed this to me for the first time, life was forever changed.

  • I actually saw this animation BEFORE I discovered ILaward. My dad showed me this way back in 2007 after he recieved it through e-mail by a friend. This is what not only was one of the first inspirations to me making my animations but also what got me interested in the more meta concepts as seen here with this stick figure consistently breaking the 4th wall.

  • Itโ€™s 2022 and he is still so good, keep it up Alan!

  • I was, like, 6 years old when this was first made. Now, im 20. Time sure flies by

  • Fun fact: this vid is much older than "Never gonna give you up"

  • The fact that this video is 14 years ago and still look 'fresh' to watch
