@chevalry really?
Seeing villagers being useful puts a smile on my face.
Expecialy the nitwit
@AKUL gamer *hmm*
good one
This guy is living proof that you can make Stick Figures one of the most entertaining things in the world- i've watched it since the very first "Animator vs Animation" video on newgrounds and have never been bored of his work since X)
I like how much more alive these villagers seem than the others.
The combo of a mechanism genius and an expert florist/food specialist couldn't be more perfectly suited for a conflict like this. Plus, seeing them and the villagers work together was just. So frickin' cute. The detail of Blue initially being hesitant to accept... Uh... Brown's? Beige's?? The Ruler's proposal (possibly due to that one time they and Green already ended up getting led to a trap by Purple, possibly twice at this point), while Yellow, noticing the command block, immediately figures out that whether or not they like this person's company, they need to get on their good side is a very nice touch. Plus, the conflicts being solved with the characters working together, and using their brains, rather than fists, is always pleasant to see.
@Zig Zoinks I prefer to use "Orange" for the Second Coming.
Itโs Orange.
@Deleted Devil Deleted Angel ok im just gonna leave this cuz why im i fighting over a sarcasm joke over a random dude who made a scene over a stupid coment
@Estoy en drogas none of it is a excuse... Theres alot of people complaining about the text
The attention to detail man, the fact that you still check stuff like blocking both sides of the portal shows how much you care for what you do, despite the amount of views you receive, you still put passion on your animations and it shows
This will get muuuuuch likes
EVERY TIME I watch this, I pick up some new detail that I missed before. And I've watched it many times. When Alan drops a new video, he is giving many times more than the video's running time worth of enjoyment.
The animator had a wonderful idea of how the villagers worked together.
It gives me tears of joy to see two players and multiple villagers work together.
noticed this: a very cool detail... Before the villagers with different professions, they also had a rather primitive AI. Their AI was shown in Alan's Villagers episode. It is certainly better, but still primitive, bexause they just worshiped the Purple Stickman. starting from 1.14, in addition to professions, the AI โโof villagers has greatly improved. So much so that they had a schedule for the day. Very cool detailing, allowing you to understand that the villagers are smart creatures, not just mobs that exchange items. So, here Alan managed to demonstrate this improvement in intelligence. I noticed from the first seconds how much the villagers got smarter. Everyone has their own profession, and can stand up for themselves. Even different villages with their own infrastructure, and the villagers of which can visit each other.These Villagers are no longer just a mob. It's almost like a human. And I really like the way Alan portrays it in his animations. Great work!

its impressive how he communicates this well with the audience using only visual langauge.
makes me wonder what it looks like through their perspective, like do you think they physically see what we are seeing or in their world do they hear eachothers voices?
Makes sense because language is 80 something percent communicated through body language
Okkkh
Ikr lol
Yes
I could imagine this as a like a mini boss of some sorts in raids and also if villages had there own system like this and could evolve to build kingdoms that would be amazing
Mini-boss? More like an actual boss.
Nice, portal mechanics sure were explained well in that visual format in the beginning. Well, that's one way to take care of that Titan Ravager, and then some.
I love how Alan made the green villagers useful
I remember when I watched his first video and I was surprised at his art so I kept watching and watching and eventually I was just waiting for the next episode and I'm happy I did I hope that this becomes a show on Netflix or another streaming service because this is insane.
Same here. I watched Animation vs Arcade first (idk why) and now I love all the characters. Also quick question: would you consider this a fandom yet?
Iโm always amazed with how effectively youโre able to communicate what you need to with just stick figures
Cool
I wish villagers were this smart, Iโm still surprised that they have arms in this series ๐คฃ
I like how adorable the titan ravager acts when yellow is feeding him by hand
Are we all just going to ignore the farm that could work well on a large scale with a few tweaks?
The villagers flying away were unnecessarily funny to me and I live for it
0:17 That detail on blocking not only the front, but also the back of the nether portal. Gotta appreciate it
Lol just realised,always adds some more depth to the animation
@ethan haoyu zhang oh god now I can't unhear it
speaking of that, you don't understand villager right? but I listen closer and I heard it "you see this? GONE" don't believe me? here 1:43
@Red kid playz you're saying exactly what they said
The best part that just MADE the entire episode complete is when that villager ran straight into a wall
Wierd thing to notice, but it seems the villagers have a language. Theyโre showing yellow and blue where the wheat, beetroot, and potatoes have gone, when they point they reuse the same sound. I call it โlook!โ. They also use it with the other villager that comes to take them. After they use โlookโ, I can see them talking about it being โbad!โ. So essentially in that scene, theyโre saying โlook (at this)! (This is) bad!โ But, because itโs only one hum per word, it leads me to conclude thier language is extremely basic.
I like how those ravagrs dropped only 1 raw beef.
Imagine if the villagers are really this smart.
These animations do a good job at giving emotion to the characters despite them not able to display facial expressions. Keep up the good work.
Don't talk to me! I am famous! Don't dislike my good good GOOD videos! Don't talk to me, dear mr
The Titan's graphics were amazing when moving up and diwn the hill or turning around but wasnt quite as good when walking in a straight line. Better than anythingbi couldve done tho!
If they giving the ravager wheat wouldn't they also be giving him seeds? I would say yes because it's another thing dropped by wheat crops when broken
I like how villagers have arms like normal players
honestly, i prefer it when the villager sounds werenโt changed
It gives me tears of joy to see two players and multiple villagers work together.
i would think their real bodies are in the game, not just playing it
@Max Vini the thing about alan's Minecraft is that all the mobs are extra intelligent, it's like whenever the stick crew joins a world, all the mobs get +15 iq
Big fan sir
@Max Vini villagers are actually really helpful, emeralds are super easy to get I guess you dont actually use villagers if you think this which is fine because I didnt either for a long time
In the real minecraft, players put on 1 block jails all the villagers, becoming them into slaves
I wish the minecraft villagers were like that with those movements and those mechanics
I wish the villagers were this smart and sweet in the real game too ๐๐
I never knew something with no talking could have more lore than lotr
Titan Ravager is sick! Should be added as a mod, so that we can have 3 bosses
I love the detail that Yellow knows EXACTLY what kind of power the command block has, and knows that it could cause destruction on a global(computer) scale, and blue doesn't.
@PoserTheGamer xtra plot
he knows because he worked with it in episode 6 and knows the instructions
this is why out of the five, blue and yellow are the best duo
@EpiclyBacon Yeh, he knows the power it holds, and they probably shouldnt get on new guys bad side
@EpiclyBacon exactly
That look Awesome I love your animations so much..The Machine you made for the Titan Monster is literally ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Anyone else notice that sound the villagers made when rendering to the crops and livestock missing sounded a lot like "Its GONE!" I found it hilarious lol
That villager really went flying 3:18
well, they finally solved the problem of world hunger.
6:50 Rare footage of villagers actually being cooperative
It's a trap, the king hired them to do that
Itโs a 1 in 7.5 million chance
Photo in collor:
Yes
if only villagers could do that all on their own in minecraft
I think this episode connects with episode 28 ๐
I actually wished villagers were that useful
Their Minecraft world is truly incredible They donโt have to add the bottom side to their nether portal
Hands down, Alan has dropped another masterpiece.๐
Its an ART
love this episode :D
The villagers are like, โHey a new guy! Lets tell him about all our problems and force him to fight a giant beast!โ
Did you know that one of the villagers is a weaponsmith that isn't in the same biome as the rest it's in the jungle biome, not plains?
I love the ways that the stick people use fishing rods.
imagine if that was the combat system in minecraft
Mojang take notes, fishing rods should be grappling hooks
You realize after watching the most recent episode that the fisherman, farmer and Shepard would be come the three musketeers of the village
the farming part was the most satisfying thing ive ever seen in minecraft
Everyone of his animations deserve much more attention because they are amazing and their is not talking at all and he can still portray a storyline better than some author's.
Wtf some videos are watched more than 100 million times this is a lot. I wonder how much money he makes from one video
@ShadowKnows Still not enough
He gets over 20 million views that's a lot if you ask me
Support Him, He made these animation great
Fishing rods are just EPIC arenโt they
this is the village/villager update we need !!!
Weirdest episode so far but still great
These have become certified hood classics at this point. They are as iconic as Minecraft itself.
Very true
true
Yes
I 100% agree this has became a legend itself
When Villagers are ACTUALLY useful
It would be cool if the Titan Ravager was the boss of the raid and it's theme would be "Pillaged", a song someone made.
EXCELLANT WORK! We love your animations๐๐
please make more of these i love these
That villager picking up the composter and keeping it in the right place is nice piece of detail
@LaserIsJustHere really dude๐
@LaserIsJustHere ๐ณ
@LaserIsJustHere It's just my bad luck as always XD
@LaserIsJustHere bruh moment
@LaserIsJustHere ๐ณ๐ณ
Imagine in the new part 2 of this episode,The Giant Ravager would come back with 100 Ravagers like the Rumbling๐๐
This vid would definetly help kids to eat their veggies ๐คฃ
imagine if minecraft did something like the villagers working together on defeating a giant monster and the titan ravager
well i mean, the village is pretty well off can't i say? With all the food they got
Alan becker's creativity and effort prove that hes not making these videos just for views, hes also trying to give us a sense of story to keep us upto date and entertained. The amount of support hes getting is well derserved.
Agreed
villagers sounds weird the voices cut but still pretty impressive
How they fed it: Yellow- Redstone Builder Blue- Farm Maker
It feel so good watching this cover with blanket chilling with air conditioner and even eating chocolate
Cozy lol
God I love this series
If we had this in Minecraft we'd need about 100 large chest of food to tame it. It'd be awesome having a titan as a pet.
@Big E 50, and not a chest higher!
@Bob Ya you're 'ight
@Prateek Mohanty free chips amirite?
Would have burned my potato PC
Mojang: It would probably a good idea to add it since it can be a new mob and a new pet.. Also Mojang: _Glow Squid go brrr_
I love the fact the nether portal links from so far away
Blackstone fence is something I didn't know I needed until now
Damn i remember watching this in like 25 minutes now its a year TIME FLIES SO FAST
2:17 never knew that villagers ran that fast๐๐๐
Alan didn't only made a amazing animation,but gave us a tip of farming
But using the grindstones might not work
@Lunar kelp farm Boom
@Lunar beetroots don't take long to grow, and he said they are one of the best ways to get bonemeal from a composter, beetroots are pretty rare for how bad they are as food, perhaps it's possible to make a giant beetroot farm to make tons of bonemeal, though it takes a bit for it to become bonemeal, the part where it is time consuming
Lmao i literally dont understand what is happening here anymore
@AxeOne you still have to invest a lot of your harvest in compost when you could just hunt skeletons at night or go to the nether for more bone meal
